A typical day of deer hunting consists of a morning and evening hunt. Full or semi-guided hunts increase your chances at taking a trophy buck. Our experienced guides will discuss deer movement, wind direction, weather conditions and many other factors before pinpointing the best location to place hunters for an opportunity at one of Cedar Lake Lodge's quality bucks.

Cedar Lake Lodge opened  the new trophy area for hunting in the 2003 - 2004 hunting season. This hunting area will offer the hunter a chance for a buck of a lifetime. The trophy area has been researched and developed to produce truly world class bucks. We are now taking reservations for this exciting area for the 2006 - 2007 hunting season. $150.00 per day plus trophy fees Trophy Fees:  (based on gross score) <130 -        $2500.00 130 - 139 - $3500.00 140 - 149 - $4500.00 150 - 159 - $6500.00 160 - 169 - $8500.00 170 - 179 - $10500.00 180 + -       $12500.00 + $300.00 per inch over 180"   *Any game wounded and lost will be charged at full price.*

Deer will be scored one time by a Cedar Lake Lodge staff member. This will be final and we go by the gross score not the net score.
